With over 25 years experience in the hospitality, convention and tour and travel industries, Jason oversees our Sales and Marketing Department. Born and raised in South Wales in the United Kingdom, Jason came to the United States in 1990. “We have barely scratched the surface when it comes to taking care of the health and wellbeing of the traveler,” Jason explains, “I am extremely excited to take The Medical Concierge® to the next level, and beyond. Our service is a simple one, yet the obligation we have to our partners and their guests is tremendous. It’s truly an honor to ensure that the guest experience remains a positive one, should an unexpected illness or injury occur. Alex is a native of Pensacola, Florida and relocated to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She has been with EastCoast Medical Network for two years, working within the Hotel Division. She performs routine visits to her hotel/resort clients distributing collateral and providing educational training to the staff. Alex actively participates within industry tradeshows and client health fairs, along with ensuring consistent representation within the I-Drive Chamber of Commerce, Visit Orlando, CFHLA, and the Central Florida Concierge Association.

Ligia was born and raised in Brazil and has a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. Ligia has worked with East Coast Medical Network for two years, within the International Sales Division. Her multilingual capabilities are valuable when interacting with her clients both domestically and internationally. Ligia is an active member of the CFVRMA, Visit Orlando, CFHLA, and the Central Florida Concierge Association.
