Account Executive
The Medical Concierge® by EastCoast Medical Network, Inc., the leader in physician “Hotel House Call” service for Walt Disney World and the greater Orlando area, currently has a career opportunity for a seasoned Promotions/Account Executive.
We are looking for a high energy, personable, driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong upbeat and outgoing personality, excellent customer service abilities, strong presentation and organizational skills. Candidate will cultivate our client relations/customer service division. The successful candidate will be accustomed to working in the field for The Medical Concierge® making routine visits to hotel front desk staff, concierge desks, security departments, and other departments as needed.
The following duties and skills are required:
- Attendance to hospitality association functions and related trade shows
- Bilingual a plus
- Ensure hotels have our current collateral
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- High energy level
- Minimum 3+ years experience in hospitality industry
- Professional appearance
- Reinforce The Medical Concierge® list of services to our partnered hotels

Paramedics and EMT’s – P/T
EastCoast Medical Network, Inc., the leader in providing medical coverage for conventions in the greater Orlando area, has immediate openings for part time paramedic and EMT’s.
The position is to provide medical standby for our clients at the Orange County Convention Center and convention hotels throughout the Orlando area.
For over 30 years EastCoast Medical Network, Inc. has provided quality care and service for both international and US based clients who are attending conventions at Orlando locations.
The ideal candidate would exhibit the following qualities:
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
- At least 3 years experience within a fire department, hospital or ambulance service environment
- Bilingual a plus.
- Current Florida State Driver’s license in good standing.
- Current Florida State EMT/Paramedic Certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be punctual and well groomed.
EastCoast Medical Network, Inc. is a 24/hr per day, 7 day per week, 365 day per year operation. Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. We have a track record for stability and growth, and offer the candidate that fits our needs a competitive compensation package.
